Old meat processing plant deal
Hi everyone! I'm working on a deal, its an old meat processing plant that went out of business about 10 years ago. It is a huge building and I know it might be full of surprises, but on the upside, it comes with a huge land. Anyways, could anyone give me your thoughts on what should I be concerned. I have 180 days to dig deep into this deal. If anyone works with environmental inspections, or had any experience with industrial rehab, impacts, etc, please let me know! Thanks!
