    What parts of the states, @Petya Toncheva? On our primary we used Chase and it was pretty smooth (though I work there so it made it easier). Out East, I know investors who have had great experiences with Charter Oak CU, Dime Bank, and Jewett City.

    Thank you @Jaysen Medhurst. The areas are Fairfield, Westchester, Queens Counties and on Long Island - Nassau and Suffolk counties.
