Investing in Fayetteville N.C

Hey,

I’m from Alabama and I was thinking about investing around the Fayetteville area because it’s near a military base and the prices of the homes are reasonable. My biggest concerns is finding a good property managing company that wouldn’t screw me over. Also, with me not being from the area I wouldn’t be able to drive up to the property at a moment notice to ensure it’s being taking care of. Any advice and information is welcome.

@Chris Stroup Thanks a lot you guys seem to have a solid foundation, and I would love to learn as much as possible from you guys. At this current moment, I'm deployed, but once I get back, I would like to grab lunch with you guys.
