Excited to connect with experienced individuals

Hi,

My name is Sam and I am from NYC. I'm new to real estate investing. My strategy is to buy and hold cash flowing properties. I just finished reading Brandon's book and I am ready to jump in but not before I make connections with YOU!!

I am looking to invest in multi family units in any of the below states so long as they are within driving distance to NYC:

PA

NY

NJ

I am looking for 4plex or more, with at least a 10% cap in C+ neighborhoods or above. I would love to connect with knowledgeable agents as well as investors they can recommend up and coming towns in the above states to look into.

Which websites would you suggest I look at? I came across crexi, roofstock, and tenx. Do any of you have experience with any of them?

Lastly is this a good time to jump in or do you suggest I wait til foreclosures start trickling in? Many people have mentioned to me that Covid will force many to sell or foreclose.

What do you think? Don't be shy to connect!

Thanks in advance

Sam
