Hello fellow BP members,

I am an experienced real estate investor looking at new markets to invest.

I am currently exploring the Jacksonville, San Antonio and Tuscon market.

I would greatly appreciate the feedback from investors who have experience in those markets.

1. Do you see a positive/negative outlook in the future in these cities?(increase/decrease in employers coming to the city, government spending money into infrastructure)?

2. Are there certain areas within the city that you find more attractive? Are there areas that you would suggest that I stay away from?

3. How long does the eviction process take?

4. Can you recommend a real estate agent that you work with that has been amazing?

Thank you in advance for everyone who answers.
Anyone who is an investor in the area and answers the above to the best of their ability - Please message me your email address along with a preference of Amazon or Starbucks gift card. I will send a small token as a thank you. (first 10 only)
