Hi BP Community,

I have a possible off-market deal (in negotiation with the seller). Curious on community perspective. I have one tenant already (going to house hack). Anyone going through with deals now?

Facts

Price: 226k (Is what I am aiming for)

Down Payment: 18K

PMI: Yes

3802 Manayunk Ave
