Feedback: Radon Inspection Mitigation on new investment
Hello BP family,
My wife and I are under contract on an investment property and the radon inspection came back with an avg of 3.3 with a max of EPA 4.0. After reviewing all the readings, we have some readings showing .7 min with a max of 5.2. Have any of you guys had any thoughts on next steps with the seller? The numbers on the property are really good but the radon scares me.
