Hey BP! I am just getting started on my real estate journey and thought id get some reading done during my quarantine time.

What books do you recommend about creating systems and processes?

What tools or apps do you use to help with your systems?

@Kristen Reyes Thats a tough one. When you are just starting out, you don't need much system and processes. You just need to know your numbers and have a calculator that you can understand and know what to do with it. I would recommend the BP how to buy by real estate with little to no money down and rental property management. However, my favorite real estate book, though it has nothing to do with processes, is Am I Being too Subtle by Sam Zell. Hope this helps!
