Looking For An Attorney And Title Company
I am looking to buy my first off market deal. This is my first time doing this, so I am not really sure who exactly I need to find to help me draft sale and purchase agreement, assignment contract, but I think I need to find an attorney and a title company to help me with the process of buying off market deals after some research. I am looking for a real estate investor/wholesaler friendly attorney and title company that can help me buy off market deals in Dover, DE. Does any one have any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
