CPA Advice in Austin Tx
Anyone have a good CPA with experience with 1031 tax exchange who lives in Austin Tx? Currently remodeling a rental property to put it on the market but want to compare my options and see exactly how much I would get taxed if I didn't go through a 1031. I will be trying to do a partial 1031 where I pull out funds to pay for my remodel loan.
