New Builds in Lehigh Acres
Does anyone have any experience figuring out what to build for the best ROI? I am debating which floorplan and materials are going to be best. My husband is a general contractor and we could always use good sub recommendations. Does anyone have any experience with this or could recommend someone who does? We already own the land and there are new construction in the area that is going for anywhere from 150 (Wade Jurney frame homes) to 240 (high end block homes).
