New Bedford Ma / train station

I just wanted to see if anyone is starting to look at the possibilities New Bedford might bring with the new train station being built. If you are from Massachusetts, you probably already know something about New Bedford / Fall River areas, but does anyone have some insight on what the new train station could bring? Prices are very low right now, and can only improve....

@Patrick Marks the Rail is looking to be completed in 2023 connecting Fall River and New Bedford to Boston.

I've been investing down here for years and the numbers work great for cashflow even in this inflated market.

If you are looking to invest on the SouthCoast the biggest thing is to be prepared to hold these properties for a decade to finally see some meaningful appreciation.

You'll make more in the long run on the Amortization, Depreciation and cashflow as opposed to the appreciation.

If cashflow is your thing this is the right market, if you are looking for long term equity this is a great market, but if you are looking for fast appreciation, Boston is probably the better market to play in.

Cheers to your success!
