Me and my husband are looking into funding our second deal and came across Source Funding as a possible avenue of obtaining funding. On their site they describe themselves as a group of individuals who provide the backing for real estate deals. Has anyone used them before? Any tips or advisory that you can offer would be helpful.

@Bettie Campbell

We've never used Source Funding.  Are they based in Texas?
We have had good luck with Daniel Fleming at Texas Quest Capital as well as the folks at Corridor Funding.  Both companies are Texas based and lend in/around Central and South Texas.
