How to Finance Renovation Costs
My son and his fiance' are purchasing their first home. It's a fixer-upper. Needs basic cosmetics and some plumbing. They got a good deal and a good loan (0 down, 30 year fixed). How do they go about financing the renovation costs? The bank said they really don't do renovation loans. Thanks in advance.
