My family and I have recently moved to Madisonville Louisiana from Nebraska, we have owned and operated construction companies since 2004. We have operated medium sized construction company's (20 employees). With that experience we have managed business's and we have been very hands on when necessary. We have recently sold the business's, and we are very familiar with (real estate).

We have owned and managed real estate (single family homes and 1 commercial property) since 2001 in Nebraska. We have since sold them and we are looking to continue with rental/investment properties in Louisiana.

We would really like to meet with motivated individual(s) who are familiar with the local market, not only to invest in rental properties, but also to invest in land for new construction multifamily homes. We also open to agents and individuals that have any experience and knowledge in the market.

There is a large manufacturing company coming near where we currently live and there is going to definitely going to be a need for more rental housing. We are going to develop 4 plexes and other necessary housing in this area and we would really like to meet up with investors to help move this forward asap!

We have extensive knowledge in building new and renovating existing structures. We would love to connect with like minded people.
