48-Unit Shipping Container Multifamily Project
Hello, I’m looking to build a 5-story 64-unit multifamily out of shipping containers in South Florida. I would be using 40 x 8 x 9'6" (l x w x h) and mainly one-timers. Does anyone have recent experiences they can share? Has anyone built and held one? Does it work well? I understand the savings are at most around 10-15% as all the finishes are the same but I'm trying to get the cool factor and rents that go along with it. Any experiences are appreciated! Thanks!
