Hi, I'm doing a sale with a realtor in California! It's my first time selling in California and I know our state doesn't require an attorney. Question, has anybody used one while selling? Also, how much roughly was your attorney? If it worked out well, do you have a recommendation?
I've never found it necessary. I am an agent and no client has ever used one. Make sure the forms used are the CAR forms which have been reviewed by attorneys.
