Multi-family Walk Through
Hi BP members,
I have scheduled time to go with a realtor to visit some small multi-family buildings. This will be the first building I purchase. What types of things should I look for as I walk through the buildings? Not sure what I should look for in a first visit and what is more appropriate for an inspector to review later in the process.
Thank you!
