What are the pros to buying vacant lots?

    like all things depends.. many lots are worthless.. others are worth millions.

    this is were knowledge comes into play.

    You intend to do something beneficial in nature in the future with it.

    And you have extra cash laying around and other investments on point.

    @Jay Hinrichs I know you can build on them but it seems like people just by them a lot so it made me think they provided something special , thanks
