Flipping in Spartanburg, SC

I have a little cash, good credit, and experience on getting properties ready to sell.  I can do a small deal alone and a bigger deal with a partner. Is having a partner a good idea? I would like advice on working with others flipping houses.  

 I have been rehabbing houses in Spartanburg for 15yrs for a local investor. I have flipped houses before, but I am not finding anything right now that looks good.  I would like feedback from others in this area on how they find the properties and lessons learned in flipping.  THANKS
