Inspection Report Repairs

Hello Everyone. After an inspection report is completed, do the sellers have to use contractors that the buyer chooses? As the seller, can I pick whoever I want since I'm paying for the repairs?;  Or, is it up to the buyer since they're buying the house and want the best quality repair as they will be living in the home? Thanks for your help...

 It's a negotiation, of course. 

A well represented buyer will likely be advised by their agent to deal with the issues via "seller credits for closing costs," that they can then use to hire their own person to fix the stuff after closing.
