Looking to place 1031 Exchange Funds
Who else has walked thru a 1031 exchange? I closed Monday and now the clock is ticking! I have 45 days to identify, but would like to quickly close before that if I find the right opportunities. I'm looking in Middle TN or East TN (Smoky Mountain area) for cash flow properties. Any pointers and thoughts would be great!
