Section 8 in KCMO?!!

Do you rent to Section 8 tenants? I've located an 8plex in KCMO for sale. 7/8 units rented out. After PITI + reserves CF would be around $1500/mo. What are the pros and cons for you?

A little about me: OOS investor with 1 sfh in my portfolio now. I have a PM, inspector and realtor on the ground I trust but this would be a big leap for me. I’m mostly concerned with Section 8 red tape. Thanks in advance!
