Can I cancel proxy bid on auction.com
My parents are interested in a bank owned property on auction.com. The auction is starting on Monday. They were dealing with a realtor and she created an account for them on the site and placed a proxy bid for a high amount. She is the sellers agent so I think there is conflict of interest.
My question is, can I retract the proxy bid because I think it’s too high and want to bid a lower amount. The site is telling me that I can bid lower as higher bid was placed with this account? Thank you
