Hi BP community Im having a hard time putting a number on what to charge my friends and families on real estate related transactions.

To my fellow agents: what do you do?

To the others: what would you expect out of a real estate friend/ family member handling a transaction for you? Please share 👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼

@Nancy Mascorro

I'd discount 1% on listings for friends and family and explain that while I want to help them out, I still have to run my business. Those closest tend to want all the bells and whistles of great service, yet want it on a discount.
