Lots of good and practical information in “Best Real Estate Investing Advice Ever” by Joe Fairless. Volumes I and II

Also start learning your Tax strategies...”Tax Free Wealth” by Tom Wheelwright

David Greene has a lot of good information and has a book on the brrrr method of REI. Pretty much anything from the Bigger Pockets guys you can’t go wrong with. @Harith Hadi
