Help finding funds for a investment
I'm trying to buy my dream house/ property. I having a hard time finding a bank to back me. My dti would be around 50 after home is bought. And I have little down payment. Banks that I have checked with won't take my overtime into account. The property price is 130000. It has a small cabin in the woods and 120 acre's. I own a maple syrup business so the land would help me grow bigger. Also I'm planning on trying to rent the cabin out for short term rents. I believe I can get more money this way
