Fellow Members,

Looking for some help from members. I have been investing for 8-9 years and I am embarrassed to say that I have only used cash to buy my properties. I have recognized my faults and am now looking to buy houses using financing.

What are some companies that investors are using to finance their investments? I started browsing tonight and was very overwhelmed. Every link I clicked starts asking me questions right away. Which companies do you recommend that has good rates and low closing costs? I've heard Quickloans is a good one.

Any advice?
