Rules in service animals

I have a property I’m trying to rent and we have it advertised as no pets. I have some people that are interested in it but they say they have a service dog. I don’t know what the laws are on this and I don’t want to tell them no pets if I can not turn down people with service animals.

I just wanted to hear from some people that might have dealt with this issue or know more about it.
