Owner Financing help?!
Hi there, I was wondering if anyone with owner financing experience could help me. I am currently looking for a property with some equity in it that I can get owner financed but I am having trouble getting owner financing on a property. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to approach a for sale by owner and how to seal the deal? Should I go see the property first then suggest the Idea? Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
