So I'm 17 Years old and looking to get into the business of real estate agency and investing when I turn 18, what are some helpful skills/tools/tips to help a young kid like me prepare myself for a career in real estate?

To be a successful real estate agent and investor at a young age, you are going to have to really be knowledgeable on all aspects of real estate investing. People will trust you only if you can really show them that you are serious and have spent a lot of time learning your craft. Learn all that you can! Good luck!
