What did you do right and what did you do wrong? What would you tell your daughter about starting with BRRRR if she was putting her entire savings into it?

with no experience.. I would say that's a HUGE RISK and don't do it. the small amount of equity you may make simply is not worth the risk of losing money on a rehab gone wrong half way cross the country.. get some experience then maybe
