Inspector reference in Rochester, MN?

Hi!

I just had an offer accepted on a duplex in Rochester, MN (yay!) and I’m looking for a reference on a good inspector in the area.

I know a great company in the twin cities, but would like to avoid the travel charge, so anybody who does great work and local to Rochester would be very much appreciated.

Thank you in advance!

Jaime Rivera with Eagle Properties and Solutions.  I'll message you his contact info privately.

He is absolutely amazing.  I got a property under contract this past Friday morning, let him know immediately, inspection was performed at 9am Sunday morning, he walked the property with my client personally, report went out at 6am this morning.  Listing agent was actually incredulous about approving the showing because she didn't believe an inspection was happening that quickly, on a Sunday, and on the 4th of July weekend.

Let him know I sent you!
