How to obtain List of certain types of properties in Idaho

So I know through listsource and other platforms I can search and obtain list of certain types of properties, example multi family, single-family with or without debt etc. Wondering how I get a list like this in the state of Idaho though? Listsource says I cannot get the list because it is a can’t state law. Do I have to go in person to each county assessors office and physically get lists? I want to identify the addresses for every multi family property 2 to 10 units in the treasure Valley. Including Boise to Caldwel and even into Ontario and Mountain home. Any help would be great thank you.
