40k vacation rental needs work
Im looking at a property that is listed for 44k that is on a high bank that may be structurally unsound. If the property was fixed up it could be worth nearly 300k, maybe 250. ''Buyer must verify stability of bank'' is printed in the listing. I would want to create beach access when doing that along with a pretty extensive update and remodel. Then Airbnb it to maximize returns. I need funding and mentorship as I have never bought anything. Any suggestions?
