Small 4 bedroom 1bath or 3 bedroom 2 bath

Suggestions or thoughts on which would be the better resale. The square footage is 1100, as it is right now it's a 4 bedroom 1 bath. Would it be more valuable to leave it at this or should we turn it into a 3 bedroom 2 bath? It is a very simple small home with living room, dining table area connected to a small galley kitchen with small laundry room at the end of the galley kitchen, 1 hallway closet and each 4 bedrooms have small closets. Basically a simple small rural country home that sits on 1 acre with a shop and storage building and a 2 vehicle opened parking garage. We cannot decide which would be the better resale for us per the bedrooms and bathrooms.
