Purchasing Vacant land in FL after forclosure Financing?

Hello,

I had a forclouser 4 years ago.  I am currently interested in purchasing some vacant land in florida to eventually build a home. What are my finance options?  credit is around 720 I own a condo worth 120k owe 0.  The land I am lokking to purchase is between 80k-100k.  Thanks for any advice
