2 properties I need deeded over?
I have two properties inherited from my grandmother who is living, she wants to deed them over to me but we can’t prove our relationship as fathers name wasn’t recorded on my birth certificate. For the exemption the city of Philadelphia requires we prove relationship! Any ideas???
