Commercial property sale strategy
My first post on biggerpockets. I am selling my medical office (I am in a duplex) on my own. A physician in our professional center just sold his building recently. Our buildings are both about the same age, style and condition. I have extrapolated his sale price and applied it to my square footage to come up with my target selling price. Does anyone take the approach of listing their asking price as non-negotiable? With a non-negotiable price, I can easily show the potential buyer how I arrived at my number. Thanks
