Hello,

I am interested in investing long distance in Spokane Washington with an established team. I do live in Portland, Oregon and have a number of SFR. Moving to a multi-unit investment is the next step.

Depending on your specialty, I am in need of solid advice and guidance as this is new process not to mention long distance.  Agent, Broker and Property management team not to mention a good handy-person is what I am in search of!

Should any of this fall into your wheel house I am interested in chatting with you!

Regards!

I am not in that area. but I would suggest you define your goal of what your investment rental business will ultimately look like. Then based on that you can build the strategy of the types of properties you are looking for so that you can convey that to your team you create. And lastly when you know this information intimately so that you can draw them a picture in their minds you will be able to inspire and help them see your vision of the final version. This way people are working towards a goal and you are asking to be a part of something you are building and not just a client of theirs.

Make sure you have your questions ready and in-depth, and most importantly I have learned you need to discuss expectations of them and what they can expect of you and the ugly side of if you have to divorce them what would that procedure be, I know people do not like to talk about this but its better in the beginning to go in with the correct expectations then down the road.

Not sure if this helps but I have learned the hard way to ask these things upfront
