Help! I accidentally offered the wrong price.
I was in a hurry to get an offer in yesterday and accidentally offered 10K more than I planned. The asset manager has it. I'm waiting to hear back from my agent about addressing this with the lister. It's a Fannie Mae reo. I faxed my agent a new front page with the correct amount. I want the place at MY price. What is the best way to not piss off the asset manager?

If you had a due diligence period, just wait and see if offer is accepted. Then, find SOMETHING wrong and tell agent you'll still buy, but for 10K less. Rich
