What is your cutoff for age of property?
I recently found a duplex in my area that is in very good shape. New roof, exterior paint, laminate, and carpet. Not too bad of settling throughout the house.
Only thing is the building was built in 1900 and my concern is holding onto this property for a while with the age.
Any thoughts? Thanks!
