Alabama investing , deals, cash flow, tips/ advice
I am in the hunt for some good cash flowing deals in the Alabama Birmingham/ surrounding market. I recently closed on a mfh in a complete different market about 3 months ago. I am now looking for either duplex or sfh. I do not no much about the area. I need some input from people who are already invested in the area. Any real estate agents or investors who don't mind sharing their experience with me? as well as any tips/ advice
