Hi guys!

Just wondering if anyone out there is currently doing any deals in the fraser valley? If so, I would love to pick your brain for a minute! A friend and I are determined to get into the market and start doing deals.

Please let me know if this is even a possibility. If not, where might be a better place that's still in Canada?
