Renting out 3.4 acres for almond trees
We are trying to figure out how and what we need to do when renting about 3.4 acres of land for almond trees. What is the estimate price charge specially here in Madera. We weren’t paid for last year and we are trying to settle a plan do they pay us now or at the end of the year? How does it work? How much per acre? What kind of questions should we ask?
