Hi Again Fellow BP Members,

I wanted to run an accepted REO offer by the seasoned vets here on Biggerpockets:

Property listed for: $13,600
My offer: $10,750.00 cash (big spender :)contingent on inspection

Property taxes are: $1,560.25 (city & county)
2 story SFR total 1116 living square feet
3 bedroom 1 bath w/basement

Property is currently occupied and the tenants wish to stay approximate rental agreement is for $680.00

Thanks in advance for any advice.. Hoping to land my first deal.
