$1.00 on a Bill of Sale?

I’m using the BP app so I can only post a link to the screenshot. I’m selling a property and we’re due to close on Tuesday. They’ve sent over the documents and out of 26 pages everything looks just fine...except on the Bill of Sale, it says the sales price is $1.00? I’m still wet behind the ears and I’ve never encountered this before. Does anyone know what this is about? Are they trying to pull something? Here’s a link to a screenshot I took of my PDF: http://i67.tinypic.com/2ytw7jq.jpg

@Jay L. The title company drew the deed up and they probably just copied the description from the last deed.  I.e. just a basic error not anything malicious.  Would not really matter at the end of the day except if you ever had to prove basis...but it really should match the actual price.  You would not believe the errors I have found in deeds.  Largest one was them "forgetting" about 40 acres in an ag property...yeah
