Price of First Couple Deals

What was the average price of the first deal or first couple deals that you did? Did you try to keep it low (under 100k-150k)? Just trying to see what others did when they were first starting, i'm aware it is different for everyone though.

@Anthony Marucci I focus on the BRRRR strategy so my number is base on rental income. I like the $1000 - $1800 rental range, so, in order to make that cash flow, my all in number would be from $90k up to about $140k. Any more than that and cash flow becomes a problem, and any less an the tenants become a problem
