Help resources are very limited

So I am relatively new at investing, I currently live in a fixer upper. I'm very handing and motivated. I have found another deal that I believe is a home run and my resources are very limited. What are the details of this deal? How much capital/resources are you looking for from a potential partner? What are the numbers of the deal and how do you anticipate structuring it? You should share those items as they are important and a seasoned investor will need to see those before considering moving forward.
