Hello,

I have a client that needs to get his house on the market in the Arlington Texas area and need a licensed agent to list his home ASAP, would be a 50/50 split due to received client from another referral agency. Seller is looking to move fairly quickly and wants to price agressively. If you are the agent that wants to take on a new listing in Arlington pm me.
